Privacy questions ↗

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how PrideNPurpose, currently operated by Traniel Pride, an individual based in Texas (“PrideNPurpose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit pridenpurpose.com or contact us through the website.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the project-inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional business or organization name, selected service or package, optional current website URL, estimated budget, desired timeline, optional referral source, and the goals, requested features, or other information you include in your message.

Please do not submit passwords, secret keys, payment-card information, medical information, government identification numbers, or other regulated or highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may create ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and requested page, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance, including page views, referral sources, approximate country, browser, device type, and page performance. It is used to understand overall website use, not to create advertising profiles or identify individual visitors.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the project-inquiry form from automated abuse. When you use the form, Cloudflare may process limited technical and interaction information needed to evaluate whether the submission appears legitimate.

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. That preference remains on your device and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Cookies and consent controls

The current website configuration does not intentionally use advertising cookies or nonessential analytics cookies. Because there are presently no optional cookie-based analytics or advertising tools to accept or reject, the website does not display a cookie consent banner.

If we later add cookie-based analytics, advertising, personalization, or similar technologies, we will review and update this disclosure and implement appropriate preference or consent controls before enabling them where required.

Browser privacy signals

Because PrideNPurpose does not sell personal information or use cross-site behavioral advertising, the website does not currently provide a separate response to browser Do Not Track or opt-out preference signals. We will reassess this practice if our data use or advertising practices change. Service providers may still process limited technical information as described in this policy to host, secure, measure, and operate the website.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Review, respond to, and send an acknowledgement for project inquiries;
  • Provide estimates, proposals, support, or other requested communications;
  • Operate, protect, and improve the website;
  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate, secure, measure, and communicate through the website, including Netlify for hosting, Cloudflare for privacy-focused analytics and form protection, and Resend for contact-form email delivery. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer.

5. Data retention

We retain project inquiries, acknowledgement records, and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry and whether it becomes a client relationship. Our service providers may retain technical or communication records according to their own documented retention practices and our service settings.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted by emailing info@pridenpurpose.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and adults seeking professional services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Third-party links

The website includes links to third-party websites and featured projects. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, service providers, business structure, or data practices change. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect. When appropriate, material changes may also be announced through a prominent website notice or other reasonable communication.
